Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Building or Engineering related discipline.
At least 2 Year(s) of sales working experience in construction chemical sales or 3 years in sales in any industry.
Good knowledge of the construction industry will be added advantage.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English.
Possess own transport and willing to travel.

To coordinate and support the sales activities of sales division such as general administration tasks, answering calls, upkeep of department stationery including overall management of the office.
Rendering marketing support such as compiling newsletter and supporting the project sales teams in their marketing needs, including sourcing of gift & premium purchasing, monitor and document the inventory level record.
Communication – To send fax messages, type quotations and reports required of the Marketing and Sales Divisions.
Attend sales meeting and any other meetings as required and support sales manager in product marketing activities and produce action notes / minutes.
To maintain an effective filing system.
To maintain, update and optimize Advertising and Promotion allocated budget.
To issue Internal Purchase Order (from sales person).
Check receiving fax Purchase Order from customer, generate Sales order in SAP system.
To generate Delivery Order & Invoice according to Sales Order in SAP system
To arrange transport for goods delivery.
To provide customer service on delivery.
To participate in stock take.
To check and submit transportation charges.

To prepare daily production work sheet, QC approval list & warehouse checklist.
To check stock receive accuracy, proper storage and to follow FIFO system.
To ensure production consumable stock availability, distribution and recording.
To check and compile workers overtime and administration work.
Participate in stock take as required.
To file all production document as per ISO requirement.
Perform other duties as requested by superior/ HOD. This may include cover production run if the need arises.
To liaise with planning department and obtain the daily production plan and to check if raw material are sufficient and distribute work and daily production output form and work instruction to workers.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Contact via telephone all suppliers to ensure all purchase orders generated by SAP system are received by them.
Work closely with suppliers by liaising and following up on the delivery orders on daily basis to ensure prompt delivery as requested and with prescribed delivery period.
Keep a Log register on all suppliers’ poor performances and report these to Superior for advice and further action.
Ensure proper documentation arrangement, record and filing.
Support ISO & OHSAS process.
Send monthly purchase schedule to major suppliers.
Participate in stock take as required by HOD (Bi-Annually)
